What is Equipment Supplies?

Equipment Supplies refers to all the potential products that a client may need, in order to use rental equipment. For example, if a client rents a cotton candy machine it would be unreasonable to expect that client to go and purchase all needed supplies like cotton candy sugar and cones for that piece of equipment; therefore, we offer all needed supplies upfront during the rental process.
I rented equipment without adding my supplies, what can I do?

If you rented equipment without adding any supplies, don't worry! Just add the supplies to your cart and checkout with the same details and dates that were listed during the rental process before. Our system will add the two orders together, as if you already did. If you would like to contact us instead to change your order, you may do that also.
Are there rules pertaining to Equipment Rentals?

yes, each piece of equipment has a separate set of rules. Different types of equipment are used and safely operated from another. It is our company's goal to ensure proper safety, so your event goes smoothly. When equipment is rented, you will get the information pertaining to that product.
Are there limits and rules to inflatable rentals?

What is the policy for rentals affected by weather?

During the rental process, clients are given all policies related to the rental. In general, clients are allowed to choose a make up day. Please contact us for more information or start your rental process today to learn more.
What areas do you serve?

Our company currently serves Lauderdale County, TN and neighboring counties in TN. If you need service(s) outside of these counties please give us a call at (731)-460-1020 or (731)-460-2017 for availability.
Are additional fees added?

When you schedule service(s) with our company, the price displayed is the price you pay. We will never add additional charges after a service(s) price has been paid and/or rendered. Prices paid before service, may reflect only a deposit amount. Pricing listed on our inflatables page is the total amount per piece of equipment, which you may only pay a deposit amount for upfront. Can I request service(s) to provide to my event, instead of paying the rental?

Yes, on occasions our company will come to your event and provide our services, at no-charge to you. This option is for those who wish to offer our service(s) to others attending the event, instead of the event itself. Examples would include, if you request a product at your public event, we would set up the requested product and charge the end-users, such as a bouncy house at an event. Instead of paying for the bouncy house, we come set up and charge admittance into the bouncy house; therefore, the event has no charge. Please contact us to schedule these types of services.
